A beet. La remolacha.
Julia, our housekeeper, LOVES beets and loves to feed them to me. Every. Single. Day. I've never had so many cut up beets in my life. Who knew that Argentines liked beets? I think I'm going to have to have beet cleansing experience after this, i.e. not eat beets for a little while.
